1. For sale! I well loved and huge sounding Warwick corvette. This is one of the most versatile basses on the market, with the pickups and preamp options it can cover a whole range of sounds, from J bass, music man, p bass etc. http://postimg.org/image/i3kgm4ffd/ http://postimg.org/image/50ou2up7d/ http://postimg.org/image/kaopa1kpl/ http://postimg.org/image/ik5o8k36h/ http://postimg.org/image/wy4gmjzmh/ http://postimg.org/image/477mwhtsp/ http://postimg.org/image/6jfmu36e1/ http://postimg.org/image/qs30ft5p5/ http://postimg.org/image/rivqll82h/ http://postimg.org/image/nb0ycu6mx/ http://postimg.org/image/huiaigd95/ £350 Ono Great work horse instrument. Warwick are also known for choosing the best woods for their instruments, this is no exception!! As you can see from the photo it's been my main bass for years and has had a couple of dings. All scratches, nothing at all to effect the sound of playability of this bass. Comes with the Warwick user kit which had Allan key, bees wax and truss key and user manual. Gutted to see this bass go, but not having much call for 5 string playing at the moment!!
2. Gutted to get rid of this awesome amp but I don't get enough opportunity to use it! BASED IN NORTH LONDON blurb from website: SUPER REDHEAD This upgraded version of the Redhead increased the power and implemented a few requests from our artists, including: Mute switch for the front XLR panel, front porting for the cabinet and an internal cooling fan. The Super Redhead was replaced in 2008 by the redesigned Redhead, to celebrate 20 consecutive years of production. Features: 350 watts, 450 watts with extension cab, 2x10 enclosure, horn tweeter with attenuator, classic SWR tube preamp with Aural Enhancer™, three-band active EQ with variable midrange, pull turbo (ultra-low) and transparency (ultra-high) controls, studio-quality two-mode XLR out with ground lift and level pad, XLR mute, effects loop with blend control, fan defeat switch, tuner send, speaker on/off switch, stereo headphone out, extension speaker out, single empty rack space for effects unit, removable casters, side spring-loaded handles, front slot port, protective front cover (which doubles as stand for tilt-back use). Cheers
3.
I'm sure this must be what I saw daflewis playing at wicked at Apollo London recently. Only saw the back and was confused by the neck bolt arrangement. Look like very nice instruments, deffinately out of my reach tho.
Hey. 5. Hello Basschatters.... new to this topic lark. Im a Professional Musician currently on tour with Shrek The Musical. Was spreading the word/checking out general consensus on these new Williamscot Basses... For those who may not have heard of them, you are forgiven as they are less than a week old (from the date of this post!) Launched at the London Bass Guitar Show last weekend they are under the same company as Thomas & George Martin Basses (http://www.thomasmartin.co.uk) who are renowned for making and selling some of the best and rarest double basses in the world. Williamscot Basses aim (and so far succeed) to being the best and bespoke hand made basses "All our Williamscot bass guitars are completely handmade one by one. We do not use CNC machines or PIN Routers; this makes each bass an individual with no two being the same. Full customization is available for every bass and we are able to cater to your exact requirements or if you are not 100% sure what you want we are here to guide you. Williamscot basses are available in 4, 5 and 6 string configuration. We also make neck through basses as well as bolt on neck basses." So would be interested to see what people thought, especially any who played these basses at the London Bass Guitar Show. Many "players" such as Yolanda Charles, Steve Lawson, Zoltan Dekany (who was on the stand with me) and many others played the basses and just couldn't get over how much they loved them! Williamscot are also giving away one of their basses in a competition, to enter all one needs to do is "like" the Facebook page https://www.facebook...cotbass?fref=ts Thoughts on the basses... GO! Phil
6. Hi! Can I have a photo please, also, would this work as a second cab for my current redhead? Thanks Phil
7. Do you have the original pickup as well?
8. Decided to withdraw this bass, as as soon as I try to sell it, I use it loads! Thanks for interest!
