1. Thanks Donnyboy, it is a bargain and lovely as well.
2. Happy ones I hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3. Just one more final bump, I think!!!!!!!!!!???????????
4. This my amazing 1993 Fender Precision Lyte. It is in excellent condition with only the tiniest bit of crazing by the neck plate, it is in the pic but hardly noticeable in either the pic or real life. It is in stunning Tiger Stripe Fotoflame blue/black and is just so good to look at. It feels, looks and plays amazing with a wide variety of sounds available and it is so light. This guitar is excellent all round, it is original and I think you would be hard pushed to find a better one. There is a little bit of aged related tarnish on the bridge but very slight and only adds to the guitar, the neck is ding free and the frets and fret board are excellent. I live near Chipping Norton and you are more than welcome to come and try it, and have a cup of tea and a natter. Mind you those who have came before you will tell you that I can natter for England! I am happy to courier at the buyers expense. The bass comes in an as new Kinsman hard/soft case. Thanks for looking Mike(Pestie)

8. Reduced again to £170. This has got to be a bargain and will be the last reduction before I take it off the site. It looks, feels and plays lovely, it shakes the house if you want it to. Go on, go on, go on!!!!!!!!!!!! You know you want to. thanks for looking. Mike(Pestie)
9. Thanks Gary. Do you have any suggestions for pup replacement please? cheers Mike
10. Thank you both very much. I know that you are both right. I only have little hands and actually moved to medium scale but the CV just seems to suit me, I just have the urge for an old P but think it may just be a bit too much of a handful for me. Does the CV need any upgrades or are they good just as they are? I know these are daft basic questions but I don't know the answers. I used to live near Hemel Lozz, Croxley Green. Thanks again, any further advice greatly appreciated.
11. I have a lovely CV Precision which I really like. However, I have the chance of a lovely 1983 USA Precision. Now this might sound daft but will the 83 be so much better than the 2010 Chinese made CV? I just don't know because I really like the CV but also like old basses. Can anybody help please? Thanks Mike(Pestie)
12. Thank you Thunderbird and Donnyboy, it certainly is so I will give it a little bump
13. Hello mate. No, it's not really. It's a nice hand full but very nice and it's lovely to play and of course it's medium scale.

17. Just knocked a tenner of this, it must be good value at £180, it's nearly new, come on you know you want to!!!!!!!!!!!
18. Just bought a very nice, new Gotoh bridge for my new project from Simon. He is a cracking bloke to deal with, top man. It was all very easy and simple, excellent price and spot on comms throughout. You can deal with Simon confidently, he is a credit to Bass Chat. Mike(Pestie)

20. Reduction Bump
21. This is lovely. I bought it off Oggy earlier this year. It is a medium (32") scale in black with a white scratch plate and a gorgeous tinted laguered neck and finger board. As you can see it has a Fender branded humbucker at the neck and Duncan designed Jazz pick up at the bridge making it a nice versatile bass. It is loud and can make the walls shake, it isn't for the faint hearted but it can easily be tamed. I'm only selling because I have just bought a lovely CV P bass and it is now just one too many. This bass is as new, totally unmarked with a really low action. Pick up and a try out is preferred from near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire. I am happy to courier at the buyers expense. Thanks for looking Mike Pestie
