1. Erm is this right? Didn't Crazykiwi buy this? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MUSIC-MAN-CUTLASS-2-...1QQcmdZViewItem
2. Hi I have the above mentioned bass which I think is amazing apart from one thing noisy pickups, this apparently effects all Urge II basses but I find it a tad annoying hearing humming on such an expensive bass, does anybody else have this issue or solved the problem? Thanks Ash

4. Ha I noticed that too, he put it up for £120 buy it now then 10 mins later it went up to that ridiculous price! I reckon he meant to put it in at £99.90 for a quick sale. It has some strange markings though!
5. Thinking of selling my Gallien Krueger MB150S - comes complete with nifty Padded Rockbag, not sure how much these go for. Its never been gigged and been used all of 3 times in the house for practice. Immaculate condition.
6.
Are you playing with a drummer? If so, I personally wouldn't use something like that without an extension cab...
Yes it would be, your probably right a single speaker maybe pushed in such a small box...
7.
My thoughts are you are going to struggle to get lightweight gear for that money unless you are playing really small venues.
I thought people on here were doing small gigs with the Mark Bass 121P! which is £610 I already have my large rig but its just them gigs when you know there will be a smallish crowd.
8. Hi Budget up to £600 bit cheaper would be nicer but it has to be light weight (around 12Kg and under) Di'ing - No its mainly for those smaller gigs where a very small P.A. would be used, i.e. pub size 50 people jobby
9. Hi all which do you think is the best option: Genz Benz STL3.0-10T - Pros: Removable head can be used for other larger cabs - Cons: Probably can't cope with med gig Markbass CMD121P - Pros: More powerful unit - Cons: head is not removable Any thought? Ta
10. Bump still for sale
11.
Didn't think the li'l fella would last tooooo long! - I almost tried to sell granny to get the second cab too ;o) So Smash, what's on the shoppping list! ;o)
Yeah it should be on its way... sob sob Should be getting a Dr Bass Cab but..... it looks like shipping has slipped so I am worried about this, gigs in few weeks so I need something here by then. Would love to get hold of some Accugroove cabs but just think my budget will not stretch that far, or Epifani mmmm. Failing that looking out for cheaper Markbass gear. Oh decisions decisions and time running out ARGGHHHH.
12. Cheers Dood, hope it will serve you well. I will miss it as it sounded great through that F1
13. Hi, I have one Aguilar GS112 For sale or possible trade excellent condition, gigged once and had only 4 hours use, looking for £240 for the cab includes postage. Collection is preferred I live in Sunny Norwich, then of course you can have it a tad cheaper. Thanks Ash
14. Doesn't the auction starts at 7pm tonight? I think.
15. Ahh I see, very clever way of making you not take it out, shame.
16. Does anyone know if you can remove the head from these units, as that would make the 121P very good for the money.
17. I remember trying one fantastic cab, weight is 52.5 Kg

19. Cheers Mottlefeeder, but I really need to travel light as I can as I walk to this place which is about 1.5 miles and even a 10kg amp with bass can be hard work, well for weedy me that is. Does anybody play acoustic bass here with acoustic guitars? any ideas?
20. Having to do quiet practices with an acoustic guitar, took along my standard bass with a mini boss recorder and headphones but that's no good as guitarist didn't know what I was playing. There is no power in the room so I am looking at either an cheap acoustic bass or a very small battery powered amp, but.... worried incase the acoustic bass would be drowned out and also the only battery amp I can see is the new Roland Cube RX but its not out until April/May. What do you reckon would be the best option? PS. sorry if this is in the wrong forum, thought it was more to do with monitoring
21. I have 2 Geddy Lee Fender Jazz basses reason being they are so playable, very fast neck, you get this really nice deep tone which I haven't found in any other Jazz, you wouldn't do wrong buying new at the price they are. Out of interest does anyone know what other Fenders have this slim neck?
22. Spoke to Mike the other day, he doesn't trade in Tecamp or have any Tech gear in stock. Just had a look at Tecamp website it does have one at 32Kg but no dealers in the Uk.
23. Warwickhunt you are right, you must know the scenario doing more trips to the car is so annoying and also having to lock up car and go back and back. The dream is the one trip, I reckon I could stick a bass on my back with a smaller bag with Markbass head and leads/pedals in and I could do it. Your cab is not in production anymore and I so would love it as its the lightest 6x10 on the market, easily push it along with bag on back. So next option was these cabs I mentioned as to next best option.
24.
None of these cabs are really a one hand lift. Why cant you carry a GS112 in each hand or are they too heavy for that?
Sorry didn't mean a one hand lift, I meant both hands lifting cab, with the 2 Aggies you can carry them both but I find 1 cab is easier as both Aggies are 19Kg each and normally the 4x10's are around 26Kg, every little helps.
