I think andertons are still doing them at £400. I also tried the tobacco burst maple neck ones which are very nice too.

I've had this for a few weeks now and still cant get over what a cracking bass and how good a value for money it is.
I've had a jazz itch for a while and have tried/bought and sold a couple. But wanted a specific spec e.g. lake placid blue, rosewood board, block markers etc. Was tempted by ether the g&l and Sire with at spec but ended up plumping for the more traditional.
Bought it with a bit of black Friday discount from the good folks at PMT Bristol and managed to try it against a 2nd hand Sire and a Mexican Fender they had in and the G&L played and sounded better than both especially considering the Fender was about £250 more expensive.
Had an audition for a new band so I took it along with my trusty old yamaha and got the gig and said they'd want me to use the g&l as they loved the look and the tone.
I dont know how G&L do the tribute series so cheaply but it is an absolutely cracking bass for £400. I'd absolutely recommend one over any equivalent Fenders.

Does anyone gig a pair of eden ex112s? I've seen some good reviews they seem good value for a modular set up but the consensus seems to be 1 is not enough on it's own.
Looking to something to go with a peavey mini max I've got on the way.

Hi apologies if this is in the wrong place or not the done thing but have seen others ask similar questions.
Does anyone regularly travel from or near Luton to Bristol and would be happy to help a marketplace sale of a cab? Happy to pay to cover fuel or some beer for your trouble! I'm in Bristol and happy to meet within a sensible distance of bs16.
PM me if this is possible.
Thanks
Steve

Any one got any good cab suggestions for one of these as the Peavey ones seem a bit cheap looking. I'm looking for a bf compact or thinking maybe a Fender Rumble 1x15 or 2x10?

Just placed an order. Let's see what comes. I was looking at £4-600 amps (OBT, Laney Nexus sls) etc. then saw this which has all the features I want so let see how loud the fan is as it seems the only complaint I've seen!

Wish you were closer. Have a bump on me. Good luck with the sale and the recovery.

I bought a Zoom B2 from Gerry. Great price, speedy postage and really well packed. Buy with confidence.

Dont know if it has been listed on here but my brother has just bought a Vox AC15 which he loves which gives something different from his old Marshall, and I've seen good reviews of the AC4 as well, although they are very simple.

I sold Chris some strings. The sale to him was easier than me buying the strings from Amazon (as I bought the wrong scale!). Deal in confidence, I woud happily trade with him again. Cheers

Set of d'addario elx160m nickel wound, medium guage (50, 70, 85, 105), medium scale strings for sale.
I bought these by mistake, propper school boy error. Put them on my 34" scale yamaha bb and wondered why I was getting fret buzz then realised they were medium scale so took them off agin. Essentially unused but Cut for a 34 inch bass so will fit a 30 or 32 inch bass comfortably.

I've just noticed that amazon are now doing these for under £180 which seems nuts. To those who have had one for a while:
Any issues and is worries about the bugera brand just snobbishness?
Does it come with a 3 year warranty? Amazon seems a bit vague and the link on this?
Cheers
