1. Thanks @ezbass I somehow didn't spot this one! I've never actually played a 5 string before but would be keen to try it out to see if I like it. Any chance you're touring in Gloucestershire anytime @d_g?

3. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330821625787 An hour left to go on the auction, and it's going cheap :-) I'm posting this here as per the forum rules because I tried to sell it on basschat over the last few months to no avail. Thanks :-)
4. "6. Do not post links to your eBay auctions unless you have been trying to sell your item for sometime (a few weeks at least) at a set price with no success." I think that's all good :-) I've had previous failed attempted to sell removed by mods, but the particular one you are referring to was a buyer who dropped out at the absolute last minute.
5. I tried to shift this on here a few times over the last few months, but to no avail. Lots of appreciation and enquiries, but no actual buyer. I'm getting desperate now, so here's a link to my eBay auction. Please check it out :-) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Musicman-4-string-Stingray-SUB-active-bass-guitar-/330821625787
6. This is a bass that I got my hands on last Christmas - always wanted a stingray but couldn't afford a "proper" one. So with some luck, I was able to track down this beauty second hand. It's a MusicMan SUB with active electronics. Their "budget" stingray, but still very much a premium instrument. It looks and plays like a stingray, and I absolutely love it, but despite being superior in so many ways it just never took over from my main frankenbass (which i ain't sellin for love nor money) so it only saw 5 gigs. Don't let that fact fool you - it's an incredible instrument and it sounds and plays phenomenally. It's in good condition, straplocks are fitted and included, and the strings are fairly new. There are one or two slight dings but it has never been dropped or smashed. Came with a slightly battered flightcase thrown in to sweeten the deal, and that'll be included. Great bass and I'll be sad to see it go. Looking for £320 - absolute bargain! Bass is located in Cheltenham, so if you would like to come and try it out, let me know :-) I would very much prefer to meet face to face rather than ship and risk dissatisfaction/damage - I'm a horrendously poor student, and I simply cannot afford the risk ;-) I recently used this very bass (with an extremely cheap practice amp!) to record the backing tracks on these two videos: Unfortunately neither of these videos feature the bass physically, but they hopefully give you some idea that it's a playable and working instrument :-)
7. Only seen a handful of gigs in the last few months before I threw in the towel on bass playing for good. Great condition and awesome awesome pedal that I lusted over for a long time and loved to pieces for the brief time that I had it! With original box, PSU, etc, and I'll throw in for free the stylish matching red and black netbook case that I was using to protect it. £110 delivered
8. Thank you for kindly bringing that to my attention ;-) Apologies, it's been up for a long time now, was getting frustrated. If anyone is interested in this bass then pop me a PM, I haven't got long left to sell it before I go away. Getting desperate and will have to be an eBay job otherwise. £320 price drop if it helps ;-)
9. Many thanks dave, very much appreciated :-) It's a fair price for a fantastic instrument. This bass is still up for sale, and my credit card is still punishing me, somebody out there do yourself (and me!) a favour!
10. Hi there, apologies for the delay - unfortunately, the gigbag is on hold at the moment, but I'll let you know if it doesn't go :-)
11. Thanks for the interest, but the cabs were sold today to the first bidder
12. Thanks for the interest guys, but unfortunately the amp has now been sold to the first bidder :-)
13. You'll be next on the list :-) Hopefully Sunday or beginning of next week we should be able to let you know the score!

Bargain at less than half price, and an essential addition to your rig. Great condition aside from one SMALL and purely cosmetic tear on the back that i rapidly overcompensated for with glue and a small square of gaffer tape. Other than that, it's in fab condition as you can see from the pic. Collection from Cheltenham preferred, delivery can be discussed. [sharedmedia=core:attachments:113418]
15. DOH!!! Thank you for the heads up, didn't realise i'd put it here, was a long day yesterday ;-) Sorry guys
16. It's an absolutely lovely bass, it really is. I've never seen one quite the same as this either, it's a real shame to be parting with it :-(
