4. Would you like to trade for a Genz Benz NeoX 212T? (carpet covered one) I live in northern Italy, therefore a local exchange without postage may even be possible. It was just born for what you're looking for. Great stand alone cab for mid to high volume situations with good dispersion and vertical alignment. It's totally overkill for me though.
5. Which speakers are mounted? What's the weight of the cab?
6. Are you considering selling the cab? If so, would you even deliver it outside of UK?
7. As title says
8. And what would you expect exactly? It looks very similar to American Vintage Reissue pickups, save for the plastic wiring instead of cloth A couple more photos:
9. Hi guys, I've seen a very nice Fender P here locally. It's a '93 Made in Japan Precision (PB57-95, the same you can see here: http://brochures.yokochou.com/guitar-and-amp/fenderjapan/1993/en_08.html 2TSB one). It has nitro finish, 2 matched pieces alder body and should also have CTS pots and supposedly an USA pickup. I know that certain MIJ reissues got an "american vintage" pickup (which actually could be the same pickup used on fender AM STD/Deluxe basses, after further research here on the forum). Anyway, this one looks different from the more recent RI pickups (here you can see an example of the newer one: http://img12.rajce.idnes.cz/d1202/6/6114/6114346_1c5991c26c44fd4eea3815e700287a4f/images/IMG_3474.jpg ) TL;DR: Here are the pics of the pickups / pots i'm trying to identify. I'd really appreciate some help before I pull the trigger on this bass. 10. I sold a bass to Shemeck with international shipping AND we agreed that I would get the money only AFTER he got the bass. I trusted the positive feedback he has on this forum and i'm completely satisfied. The payment was sent the very same day he got the bass. Trade with confidence
11. Couldn't update the thread before, but the bass is SOLD now. The new owner (shemeckfrac) seems to be quite happy and I received the payment already after he tried the bass.
12. shemeckfrac may be the next owner of this bass Off to England it goes! (it will tomorrow, actually)
13. Thanks, I think this may have helped the sale quite a bit because the bass is on hold now.
14. Thank you It's a nice bass indeed, I am just looking for a more vintage-ish tone with a P
15. Since I'm a mr.nobody here, 5 posts and 0 feedback, to encourage buyers I may do the following thing: IF the buyer has a SOLID feedaback here on the forum, you can pay ONLY the shipment at first. You try the instrument, see if everything's ok, then you pay for the bass itself. If something's wrong, you return it to me at your expenses.
16. Still not looking for trades?
17. Would you be interested? http://basschat.co.uk/topic/184539-mayones-be-4-exotic-bolt-on/
18. I hope so...come on, I've found a '82 Squier JV Precision for sale locally, if someone buys the Mayones I promise I'll put some nice photos of a bass that will turn 30 years old in 2 months!
19. Due to lack of interest, further price reduction. Can't believe nobody is interested in such a fine bass. Even if collection is not an option (unless you are in Italy), I still have the original package used to ship the bass to my home when I bought it new, for a safe travel. 500£ DELIVERED OR 1000$
