1. Got some pictures!
 2. Thank you for the kind words, Chuck. You're right, these truly are one a kind, and definitely hefty with tonnes of tone to boot! It's just not suitable for me at the moment, unfortunately. Danny, I'm afraid I already have two sixers to get rid of, really only play 7s these days, but thanks anyway. It's a great looking axe!
 3. Thanks mate! I'd agree, I think Ibanez have done a great take on a Stingray at a fraction of the price, and I like to think it holds its own too haha.
 4. Hi all! I'm looking to trade my 5 string Ibanez ATK-305 for a 6 string bass. It's in very good condition, and as you may or may not know, they don't do these anymore but they are terrific basses for the money. Maple fretboard and neck, ash body, "double humbucker" pickup for a good variety of sounds. It's in perfect playing condition and great aesthetic condition bar one very small ding on the headstock (no paint chips or the like to be seen). Some specs:

Ash body, maple fingerboard
Scale - 34"
Width at nut: 45mm
Spacing at bridge: 17 mm
22 frets
Bolt-on neck
Strings through the body
Ibanez triple coil pickup
Volume, coil tap, and 3-band active EQ
I only have this one crappy phone picture so far, but I'll take some more tonight. It has a white tortoiseshell pickguard too, I simply prefer how it looks without it. I'm based in West London, so you're welcome to have a look in person if you can. For trades, may be interested in 35" fives, but primarily after a sixer! Thanks for looking. UPDATE - looking for a sale now, as I have my eye on something. Asking £320 ONO! Won't be able to get more pictures till at least tomorrow or the day after I'm afraid, but drop a PM if you're interested! UPDATE 2 - added pictures, scroll down and have a gander. 5. Haha, as said before, a Les Paul wouldn't be a Les Paul without all its problems. I have an ESP Edwards Les Paul which is somehow heavier than a mate's Gibby, but it sounds so much better with a Duncan JB/59 combo! Unfortunately, it is designed as a direct copy so it keeps the obstructive heel, and upper fret access isn't amazing. If you're willing to have one shipped over, I'd say the Agile could be a very good shout. I used to own a baritone-scale 7 string Agile, and it was an exceptionally nice instrument.
 6. Wow, that is a seriously nice bass. I can't say much for their basses, but I've owned ESP and LTD guitars in the past. They're brilliant instruments, but the higher end LTDs really aren't far off in quality at all, to the extent where I personally would go for the LTD because I don't feel the price difference justifies the small increase in quality. Then again, I can't speak for the consistency of their instruments. It's a shame you can't try them out!
 7. Bought a VT Bass, very quick postage, a pleasure to do business with!
 8. I have an Edwards Les Paul which I play a lot through my Hartke HyDrive combo, actually sounds great! Has a really dark sound to it, and distortion works very nicely through it. Best not to try playing a bass through a guitar amp though, I've seen damage done that way and it isn't pretty...
