For sale, a beautiful '74 Jazz Bass with plenty of natural wear, not relic'd, sunburst, maple neck with block inlays, stamped neckplate with serial no 544786, cts pots stamped 7405. In the pic you can see the middle pot is a cts 7405, the neck volume pot has been badly resoldered obscuring the ident but you can tell its the identical same age pot. I replaced the tone pot as it stopped functioning and the original is included, with cap, stamped 7405. The neck pocket and neck have stamps as seen in pics. The pick ups are stamped 74 but the previous owner had them rewound professionally by Wizard pickups. Bridge cover is included which is pitted with age but no screws unfortunately. This bass feels,plays and sounds lovely and I've fitted new Elite Stadiums 40-100. I'll regret selling her but I've got a few more things on the wish list. Comes in a period type case. No trade offers please. Would prefer pick up from Poole/Bournemouth area or a meet up but could courier at cost.

Hi. I've posted in wanted for a hard case for an Epiphone Rivoli and this looks like it may be ok. My major need is clearance for the headstock and tuners, approx 6.5 inches or 165mm. Can you check the width of the case at the headstock end please? Many thanks.

Very nice old Bass for sale, Hungarian with label stamped Szegedi Hangszergyar. Carved front with laminate back and sides, ebony fingerboard, adjustable bridge, hatpegs, swell back. Sounds deep and rich with modern tape wound strings (make Unknown), leather quiver, bow not included. It has had a neck block repair in the past which needed redoing and has been professionally done by Taylor Violins of Bouremouth along with other cosmetics and a full set up. It is now solid, very playable and sounding very nice. Contact me for more info. Collection from Poole, Dorset or meet up. I would consider a trade with vintage amp/cabs or Fender Basses. Thanks.

For Sale is my back up rig HA3500 amp and 4.5XL cab, both in excellent condition and working order. The 4x10 cab is virtually unused and has been upgraded with a speakon connector and also some castors. I have the original box. The amp is also in excellent condition and everything works as it should, all lights on graphic working. Great powerful rig but heavy. Could post but buyer covers cost but prefer pick up or arrange to meet somewhere. Only selling as new rig on way in, you know how it is )
