My Super 12 (maybe this actual cab) is wired (speakon) 1+ 1- to both woofers in parallel & 2+ 2- to tweeter so no internal crossover. GK 700RB-II has its own crossover.

Not sure how many of these ‘bi-amp’ custom super 12’s Alex made but that certainly looks like my old cab  !

I only sold it (to Luke) when band split .. I powered this with a GK700RB-II (hence the bi-amp / lack of crossover) .. it pushed so much air it actually moved backwards on laminate floor !

Reason I think it was mine is the black hardware (chrome corners / handle) which I had powder coated black lol ... should’ve kept it.

I’ll just add that I recently bought an mD3 preamp from Max [sfx] which also has the Thumpinator with an on/off switch ..

I tested it by not just playing normal (soft & hard) but also tapping/hitting strings whilst muted as well & could definitely see a big difference in woofer excursion when engaged / disengaged but could not hear any discernible volume / tone difference  .. well pleased (just need to make sure I always have it engaged lol) ... nice one Max !

SOLD - Diy 110 cab I built out of 12mm ply. Nice Eminence S2010 driver but cab is definitely not a looker but sounds pretty good, bit splintered off & also a bit of ply coming loose but just needs re- glueing (see thumb pic) lightweight too.

SOLD - Great two tiered 70cm pedalboard in pro quality rugged flight case .. never gigged, bought new earlier this year but breaking up pedalboard so now surplus .. it’s large & a bit heavy so don’t really want to post but I do have the box so postage is possible ....

Equipped KORG high precision tuner

KORG Pitchblack Advance which has super high precision and excellent visibility is installed.

Stomping the foot switch and tune the instrument in silence state. Since the signal line to the tuner and the signal line to OUT (or SEND) are completely isolated by switching the signal relay, there is no impedance influence on signal line.

DC9V~18V Compatible Voltage input

Musical instrument power supply in the market can be widely used (Center negative, DC9V to 18V) Since the voltage of the power supply connected to DC IN will output at DC OUT. This will help to supply power to other pedal on your rig. In addition, the DC OUT circuit has an overcurrent protection. This will protect the external power source from shorted DC cables or any issues from external devices.

9V battery (006P) Operation

This unit will also work with 006P battery. Tuner calibration and mode setting are memorable using the battery.

I also have Minitaur/12 step McMillan & as I only want one sound (sounds ace thru did flanger too) I kinda find this setup perfect, all flightcased  (Minitaur etc hidden beneath board & one kettle lead to power everything) .. 

SOLD - Eminence 12 bass speakers taken from a TC BC212 .. Chinese Eminence 16 Ohm decent drivers.

£30 but that’s pickup price (what I paid for them) only had a bit of home use .. not really worth posting at this price .. cab not included lol

FS .. MAS 26 2x8 Ohm cabs

I’m currently using these as home hifi / studio setup but honestly way overkill for my little room/studio. Vertically in a small room is fine according to Steve Regier (Big E) but these are really designed to be used horizontally, spreading the sound everywhere (engineered to utilize sound coming from rear of the speakers combining out front doubling output) .. they come with a pole to mount one cab higher creating a nice stack.

Haven’t had a chance to try in band context due to band split & Covid but they do sound awesome with great clarity, more so than my Bagend cab, I can only imaging what they sound like on a decent stage, no monitors or even PA needed perhaps ... 

But as the Bagend has had no interest in FS for a couple of years, I’m considering moving these MAS cabs on & just staying with Bagend in case I do ever gig again.

These are just too good to be used just as studio monitors, hence for sale. Asking £700 as I’m trying to recoup some of my trade loss ...

Moog MF Flange !

Also have a Mooer e-lady which isn’t bad .. and use old DOD fx72 for Moog synth

so still have 3 flangers .. tried a few others but Moog definitely my favourite .. would love to try the Clusterflux !

I’ll throw in Yamaha 2U EQ & brand new 4U Gator case (£80) makes a nice dual amp setup with high power & top quality in a nice combined package !
Will probably keep tatty 2U SKB case tho as you’d need 4 U anyway lol

Glad this isn’t black coz I’d be sorely tempted to swap for my Excess 4 even tho I swore I’d not go back to 5ers lol

2 independent channels with on/off switches to engage/bypass both EQ & HPF on each channel.

HPF goes from 20hz up to 200hz & can adjusted with slider tho some knobs are missing so little flathead screwdriver does it fine.

Weighs about 5kg. TRS/XLR line level in/out. Turned some of switches off in 2nd photo to show they work

I recently made a 110 using an Eminence Basslite S2010, really pleased & actually a bit surprised how good & deep it sounds. I used Eminence speaker plans for ‘large ported’ design. I haven’t played it at gig volume so not sure how it holds up with some abuse ... 

There are more experienced members who will help / give advice, you might need to provide internal dimensions/port size etc for them

Sold on eBay - high quality professional poweramp from Martin Audio.

Basically a Lab Gruppen FP2600 .. with different front fascia, very powerful, two channel down to 2 Ohm 1540w per channel, bridged at 4 Ohm 3000w weighing only 8kg !

Complete overkill for my needs but better too much than too little I guess .. you can reduce the power output via MLS switch on back panel by 3bB basically halving the watts to protect your speakers.

Also has dip switches on back panel to change input sensitivity. So more compatible with pedal preamps

Please refer to manual etc for more details.

I believe these cost about £1800 new.
