Having watched the video they look/sound like a group of teenagers in their first band. Finding a bassist with long hair is the LEAST of their issues. Playing in time and singing in tune should be their priorities. You can add a 'name' Producer to anything but you can't always polish a turd....

Totally agree. Managed to get to about the 15 sec mark and tapped out. Not sure if they were all playing the same song either.
Looks like a 1 ego project being driven by the lead singer/guiturdist who likes to bask in his own magnificence.

Thanks @Sparky Mark. I am about to road test my ABM 500 on Saturday but am already thinking ahead about possibly upgrading if I like what I hear. My ABM 500 is an older UK made model which I picked up at a very good price on the forum (£210) and I - rightly or wrongly - think an older amp is more likely to run into issues than a new(er) one. I was also looking at the Geezer Head of Doom but am assuming the Doom control is just clever re-branding for a regular Ashdown gain control as the amp shares the same tube as the ABM 600 (its also missing the Compressor of teh ABM 600, which I know not everyone likes but what harm I say).

I believe Ashdown now have a flat £20 fee for servicing amps, etc

Worth a trip up there for some piece of mind.

  3. Up for sale is my Sansamp Programmable Bass Driver DI. It’s a programmable pre-amp/DI pedal.
It has 3 channels. Super easy to set/reset. Once you find a tone you like, double click, the light flashes, job done.

Just to confirm you are taking about Billie Eillish? I must have been watching someone else. Saw the first half of her set and although not my bag thought she was remarkable. Is that her brother with her alongside the drummer? If so hugely talented holding it all together and playing some pretty neat licks at the same time.

I think it was St Vincent that had the backings singers and she was the one who forgot to plug in her gold custom signature music man guitar. Thought it was quite funny as she panicking, had a pop at a techy and the realised it was her fault! D’oh!

Amazing what a life of incredible wealth and no stress can do for someone.

He might have incredible but I’m sure he has had a hell of a lot of stress in his life: the death of the love of his life Linda, divorce from the one legged, gold digger Heather Mills and I would have said Yoko Ono but after watching Get Back I’m not so sure now.
