  1. I've got the Prdal Train Junior WITH Hardcase and love it. Extremely sturdy and robust. Ideal for lugging in and out of motors from gig to gig.
  2. Hi all, I'm currently going through an upgrade of my home studio. With a new shiny Focusrite Clarett 8 Pre on its way, I'm now looking for a decent 'all rounder' mic. Initially I was looking at the Rode NT1A but for a few more £££ the Aston mics looks very appealing. I've read and seen the usual online reviews but do any fellow BC'ers have any experience of them?
  3. Ben just purchased my Aguilar TH500 off me. Excellent communication throughout. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Basschat as it should be....
  4. Thanks Cameltoe. They are incredibly easy to use and appear very robust. Up....
  5. That's always the case... Bump for a pro stand in excellent condition....
  6. Thanks for your replies. It's a lot clearer now. Mixer (s) now for sale in the Marketplace...
  7. Next up.... For Sale is my Behringer Xenyx QX1002 USB Mixer. Condition is superb. It's never been used...! Again, purchased for a project that never took off. Still has the plastic covering on the LED display. As with all my equipment, it's very well cared for. Comes boxed with all packaging, power lead and adapter. 8. Folks, I'm scratching my head with this one.... I've been reading that an audio interface could replace a mixer in modern studio set-ups. How??? My set-up consists of three hardware keyboards connecting via a MIDI interface into my MacBook Pro running Logic X. Do I take the stereo L&R from each keyboard into the back of the audio interface and then use the interface as a mixer? All the keyboards run through a MIDI interface though??? Say I wanted to add a jack input for the tunes on my phone etc? If I'm missing something entirely or haven't a clue what I'm talking about, please advise....
  9. I'd rather the pancake style than the adapter style.
  10. TU3. Good for fivers too...
  11. Another Protec Contego lover here... Slag, im only down the road from you if you'd like to come and try it out before you buy one? PM me....
  12. Bloody hell... Exactly what I'm after but wrong way round... Good luck with the sale...

  14. Thanks for the support and offers of help. I've been hectic with work the last few days so haven't touched the 'studio' since my rant. I will compose myself and start afresh on Wednesday.... Thinking happy thoughts....
  15. ... If anyone wants any of my gear you'll find it on the lawn outside my house in bits...!!!
  16. For sanity sake is there anybody willing to come to mine and help me set-up my MIDI Studio? I'm not the most technically advanced of people but just want the damn thing to work!!! Basically, I have a Korg Kronos 2 (using USB), a Korg 01/pro (MIDI in and Out) and a Korg X5DR (MIDI In and Out) all connected into a Iconnectivity Midi 4+ box. The DAW I'm using is Logic Pro X on a MacBook Pro. I'm tearing my hair out here and need some help... If there's anyone prepared to come over (Eaton Bray, approx 8 miles from junction 12 of the M1) and help me out I'd be very grateful. I'm quite happy to pay to keep sane. PM me your contact details and we'll go from there..... Thanks in advance....
