      That's fantastic. I did a couple of years in a kind of alt-country indie pop crossover band. Not as weird as it sounded but I too could please myself on the donkey and it was great.

      I narrowly missed out recently but got the 1st choice dep spot in a band. Lovely people, great attitude loads of gigs. Hoping their schedule becomes so overwhelming that their bassist just can't keep up with it! What stuff will you be playing? Any good basslines?
