  5. hello fellow bass players!, the time is long overdue for me to clean the fretboard on my beloved limited edition 2001 warwick thumb. its made of ebony... just wondering what you guys think is the best stuff to clean ebony with? thanks in advance rich.

  11. you could always sand it down and rewax it, like i did with my old streamer stage 1. came out great and you could really see the wood grain nicely.

  14. hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had the chance to play a warwick thumb made in korea (ovangkol neck and body, wenge fingerboard) and also played a german made bolt on thumb, (bubinga body ovangkol neck and wenge fingerboard). also if anyone has any thoughts on if the build quality suffers on the korean made versions... thanks a lot people, rich.

  19. as the above titles suggests id like to trade my stingray for a warwick thumb, only one bit of damage on my stingray, which is a small knock to the body just underneath the bottom strap peg-therefore hardly ever seen. looking forward to your offers guys thanks,rich.

  21. hello, as the above title suggests i would like to swap my 2004 musicman stingray, natural ash body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, 4 string, for a warwick thumb bass, or maybe a warwick corvette. my stingray has minimal damage on it, the only damage being a small knock to the body- just underneath the bottom strap peg, therefore its hardly ever seen. looking forward to your offers thanks,rich.
