On the USA handle you can see where the screws are about to poke through.
It's a non issue IMHO -

And a bit of an unpleasant, boomy hump in the high-bass/low-mid part of the spectrum.

I hear that a bit in mine. But only when it is really really loud, so it's not really an issue, and I am still learning my GBE750 on very gig, as it takes a while to get to know an amp fully I think. -

nottswarwick has a GBE....any problems nottswarwick?
He does indeed, in a gator rack case. I can report no problems as such. I have always put a square of upholstery type foam between amp or rack cases and cabs anyway, just to keep things secure. But there is no prob that I can see -
The handles are in a poor location.
Talk about first world problems......
By the way, mine is the previous version Neox 212, with the previous drivers.

Yep -- agreed. But that doesn't remove our right to comment on what we see as minor irritations does it?
Or have I missed something?

Quite correct sir.
But my opinion is that if you have to go poking around in the the cab to actually see something which in fact is not a fault, then surely it is slightly excessive attention to details. I mean, the screws are over engineered I'd have thought. -
I play guitar and bass and drums.
Unique (? Maybe not) perspective on things.

I'm gonna return this to stock shortly, so if anyone wants an absolute bargain, now is the time.
The Bart pre and pups cost nearly £300 ffs -
Sold.
Thanks everyone for your interest and trade offers. Sorry if I didn't get back to anyone. Chaos here, massive building work at my house, tonight I am sleeping on the studio floor, while daugher and wife have the big bed.
-
Guys lol there is some excessive cab scrutinisation occurring.
I'm the same when I get something new. Can't help it.
Just enjoy the bargain of the decade. :-) -

My shuttle 3.0 can power my 4 ohm 2x12 cab enough for any gig so the 6.0 and 9.2 are purely luxurys really.

My GK MB200 can power a 4 ohm cab enough for any gig really (bar a huge stage and no PA) so I concur sir. -

hows the fit of your cover, mine seems slightly too long it touches the floor at the front & sides.
Not sure if it is meant to be that way,

Mine does, except at the rear for the wheels. -

Is it going back then?

The NX2-212T seems now in stock at Bass Direct for £399.

My previous version is great, I thought I had a good deal at £500 lol.
I wish they still did the 1by12 version, but I've been told they are not available. -

Whole band in my ears with my own individual mix. I have my own vocal and bass high in the mix with the rest of the band mixed to taste. I run stereo iems so have singers panned between left and right, stereo keys and have a slight bias on bass and snare to lock into. I run seperate fx for my ears mix so have compressors and reverb to taste.
The isolation provided by your iems may influence your mix. For example, my IEMs mean I can only hear what Ive mixed in as the attenuation is too great to liken my experience to wearing ear plugs.

Ace. That's just showing off lol. ;-) -

Price drop bump
£530 Ono. Ludicrous value.... -

Did you get a Roqsolid cover?
Yes, about 2 months ago. -
I'm wondering whether to spring for a streamliner and small cab for gigs where my big rig is too much. My gbe750 is very loud and lovely, but I've not done a gig yet where is is more than ticking over
-
My cover is tapered up at the rear bottom where the wheels are. You thus have to put it on the right way round
-
Definitely got punch. I used mine mine with a neo 210 ebs 4 ohm cab mostly, and it never struggled, where in similar gigs my lm2 ran out of steam.
You cannot beat old school heavy amps for this. And it's not even that heavy. -
Ok, I can help, having owned a 350, and also markbass and genz little heads.
The 350 is easily as loud, into 4 ohms, if not louder. It's not got the balls of my gbe750 but it's a great great head. -

So I guess for now I am resigning the amp and cab to the one rehearsal a week and the one or two gigs a month.
I have a headphone amp so I'll use that for now until I can resolve something.
Not trying to be funny or provocative here, but what exactly is there to resolve? I think we can all see that it's too loud, so accept it and move on with a quieter or silent solution. Sorry.
