1. Now sold!! For sale, Barefaced Super 12T. Black metal grille. The only trades I would consider are for the gen 3 compact or the 2x10, as I'm trying to downsize (but want to stick with Barefaced!). Edit: Photos finally added! Get them here: https://goo.gl/photo...5Mqm7TDAS7U5fe9 Make no mistake, this is a used cab. There's no cover, and I take care of my stuff, but a few years of use and bumps have resulted in some cosmetic marks, as you can see in the photos. Also, the front top right corner thingy has come off at some point. I've lost one of the screws, but put another one in as you can see. There is some marking underneath and some of the covering has come off too. The rubber bits on the handles are worn and also one of the plastic covers for the top handle is cracked as you can see but the handles still work just fine! Still, none of that matters because the cab still works a treat and sounds the utter business. I'm only selling because I have another Barefaced cab and I'm looking to downsize! The cab is based in Bristol, happy to meet at a reasonable distance if you're not local, or sort your own courier out!
2. Bit of interest but still here, bump!
3.
Thanks all for the comments! I have just played this a bit - forgotten how good it was - and have noticed some scratches on the body that I had not noticed before. I want to highlight these to make sure I'm not hiding them. I have added a new photo to the linked folder in the original post, but here's a direct link to the new pic: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0-Aw61h0BayRjYwTHhsYmVPTFk They are much clearer from certain angles, like the one in the new pic, and in bright light, which is why there are also some reflections visible but they are not really noticeable at a distance or when the lights are down low. 5. Bump for another price drop ... sad times for fabulous jazz basses!
6. It is amazing!!! One of the finest basses I have ever owned, and I would keep it if there was not now a bongo-shaped hole in my finances!!
7. This is still here, and I've reduced it a bit more! This is an amazing bass, top notch quality and sounds the business (or should that be bassiness?) /gets coat
8. Bump for a bit of a price reduction! Offers considered, as this needs to go to fill the Bongo-shaped hole in my finances!
9. As for shipping, I have never shipped a bass before, but I'd be happy to do it for anyone who wanted to arrange their own fully insured courier. I don't have a hard case to ship it in, but I have a cardboard box and will pack it well.
10. Now I have my bongo so looking for a straight sale now thanks!!
11. Bought Matt's Bongo. Very nice bass and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you sir!
12. Up it goes! Some interesting trade offers, thanks for those, but I'm holding out for a Bongo 5!
13. Bump! It doesn't seem that heavy to me (and I'm a bit obsessed about light basses!).
