as someone who suffers from "red light fever" ie when recording something I've played hundreds of times becomes a ten take job. I found this useful idea from Nathan east's DVD: When in the studio imagine you're playing live and when playing live imagine you're in the studio.

Great stuff. I've just rec orded KC with a couple of mates as a little side project. Great bass part but very challenging isn't it, I found the guitar solo section especially tough but got there in the end. Any Dan fans should go and see Nearly Dan at the jazz Cafe on sunday.

I couldn't make the last Northampton one last year due to a poorly dog at the vets that weekend! Would really like the opportunity to come this time.

So now we just have to decide on a convenient venue, date and who is up for a beer then?

Great Vid and very cool Chic bass playing Mr Bassbluestew. I'm sure that this will be a real gig getting asset for your band. Incidentally my previous band up until last year was called The Late Shift and we also male and female singers and did similar stuff to this!

The Attractions bass player is Bruce Thomas He's done some cracking bass parts on that whole Armed Forces album. Accidents will happen is one of my faves. a great player IMHO

Nights on broadway by Candi Statton (originally Bee Gees I think. not sure who played bass on it but it sounds very Crusaders'ish. Cheesy song but class playing.
