3. now if they made a P bass with a jazz style scratch plate, eg, you get the chrome plate by your controls, I WOULD BE IN! I like the P sound, but the scratch plate looks ''wrong'' to me....
 4. want to give me a few pointers then with the drum machine please? i am still messing with presets etc and really want to get the drums happening on it too.....

 13.
one thing about Bass Collections, can you put a Hipshot Detuner on them? - because the E string tuner goes the other way, and the string is attached on the upper side... you'd need a left-handed D-tuner, and would the string tighten/loosen the right way...my mind boggles...worth a post on the old SGC Nanyo thread...
Ergh, seems like a hassle, i might forget it.... thanks
 14. has anyone played one? what are they like? Just curious really. everyone with a P or J SX bass seems to rave about them, nobody seems to mention these....

 19.
Anyone tried one of these? Just made an offer on one and got a counter offer. Tempted as I was after a jazz body and the blocked neck looks cool, don't want to find its made of pine or something.
I am thinking one of the jazz harrier basses at £50 BIN sound like a good deal, 2 piece alder body, maple neck.... Spend a little on some new tuners, bridge and pups say.... £80, you got something nice for £120 or less if you flog the other parts etc. anyone bought one or played one yet?
 20. if only i wasn't going away next week... I would have that, 5 string and all. bugger.
 21. well, yeah lots of people can't afford a fender, but squier, maybe. easier on pockets, good value for money and if it doesn't sell great, well not such a big loss cost wise for fender. makes sense. While still boosting the Squier name.
