Hello,
Turns out I've got a spare Fender Marcus Miller preamp available. Was keeping as a spare but looks like I need a replacement pre for another bass, this one is not suitable but hopefully will offset the cost...
I don't really have a clear view on what the value of this should be so let's say £50 shipped to uk?
To be clear, it's just the pre, no plate or knobs included. If you need pics let me know.
Cheers,
Andy -
Bought a tecamp cab from Don earlier this year. Real gent and an excellent cab.
Good luck with this done, hope things pick up for you soon.

Wow. I think a little bit of wee has just come out.
Zoid arrives today hopefully or I'd be very up for this...

Really interesting. I've got a 6 string version of this bass which is simply epic. I'm also after a 5 to tune E-C, never thought of this as an option though due to the slightly limited upper access, I was also a bit concerned that there might not be enough string 'mass' to really work the neck with that tuning.
How do you find it E-C? -

Up, up and away (hopefully)

Thanks guys, yes it's madder than a sackful of badgers that this has not sold.
I just can't lower the price on this but the deal now includes a really nice Tribal Planet hard gigbag.
Sat am + bass not sold = BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMP -
Just bought Ian's Shuker 6 string.
Great coms, very fair price, quick shipping, well packed and - most important - a beautiful bass in virtually new condition.
A top guy, deal with confidence!!! -

Very rudimentary and a little rough around the edges construction wise but a decent basic passive 4 string. 3 octave neck but neck and action mean anything beyond octave 2 is a lottery. this said do you really want to be there anyway? The bass sounds good and works well imho, single passive emg select in the bridge with a single volume control. Play wise you need to work hard but then this is not pretending to be a prestige instrument!
I just don't play fretless and whilst this looks great on my wall the heard needs to be culled and, cheesy though it sounds, I'd prefer someone to be playing this.
£125 plus shipping. Gig bag include, case extra if you want it. I'll even throw in the strings - cutting my own throat!!!
Cheers

EHX Ravish Sitar bought new a few months ago.
Great piece of kit and great fun but I need some space on my board and this has marginal application for me right now.
Has velcro on the base but I think I do still have the rubber feet so you can stick em back on if you like.
Boxed, manuals etc. Basically mint.
Poss trade for a Zoom B3 (still checking this out) or £120 cashearthsterlingmoneypounds posted anywhere in the UK.
Very easy to use by the way as demonstrated by my 2 1/2 year old son.

I need to make room and raise funds for some incoming so here is an Overwater/Tanglewood Modern J 4 string.
Colour is blue although this doesn't really come through in the pics. Great Modern Jazz bass - nice neck, nice inlays, a very good pre-amp circuit (one of the best parts of the bass), decent hardware and you even get a nice flamed finish on the body. I've already fed back to Lawrence that I really think they're onto something here.
I do already have a jazz and the only reason that this one is in the departure lounge is that I prefer the single coil sound which this does not have. This said the bridge pickup sound in particular I think is killer on these basses.
[s]Looking for what I paid for it which I think was £350[/s] PRICEDROP TO £300 - a total giveaway bargin style good deal! I'm also including a tribal planet hardshell gigbag plus shipping to mainland UK. WOW!!!

Update 28/12 - withdrawn as MM up for sale instead. Surprised this didn't go but actually quite happy to be keeping it!
Cheers
