  1. Bought this recently from Lowregisterhead, original post is here: http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry3358145

It is an amazing amp and in fantastic condition (supplied in a nuclear bunker style flight case) however after a few gigs I have to be honest with myself and admit it's not for me.

I am not the best photographer in the world.....

Price includes the case of course and normal shipping to the UK.

Any questions please let me know of course...

    Cheers,

    Abd

  2. Recently acquired here but not for me. Nothing not to like really but I've found I simply prefer my other amp and this is surplus to requirements!

I've linked back to the original ad which is current and for transparency. Let me know if you have any questions of course:

  3. Considering a change so this is potentially on the block, if the other options fall through it will be withdrawn, you know the drill. The value of your investments may go down as well as up, consult your advisor etc etc.

Anyway will load pics shortly but tecamp bonafide in excellent condition. Comes with the propererer tecamp bonafida bag which it lives in when not being gigged.

Great clean tones from this and it's a tremendously flexible amp. Essentially two pumas in one unit, each channel can function as a separate pre or you can blend both, each power stage can run in isolation or you can bridge both. This means you can run stereo set ups, twin basses, different effects or bridge into a much bigger full range rig. One channel can be used as a sub so you can have a full range signal and drive a platform/pleasureboard or the like at the same time.

Comes with the original footswitch for channel selection.

    All good stuff.

Simple but effective EQ. Personally I have always left it flat and just used the taste control to adjust for the room, this is also very effective with double bass.

No downsides imo but if you need a clincher I think I have the original box and rackears up in the loft if so desired.

Thinking of something a bit different and valvier because I am a stupid idiot who finds great gear then sells it for no good reason.

  4. Ok so this falls into the needs must. I need some cash so I must sell an octaver. These are rather cool but it always seems to lose out to my OC2, is not getting gigged so up it goes.

You know what this is but suffice to say some cracking analogue octave sounds. About 140 new, this is as new other than velcro on the bum. I even have the box for it. I will give you this box for free if you buy the pedal. Priced to sell and includes UK shipping.

  5. If I'm honest I don't really understand drive pedals that well. Have tried a few new and getting there but this one is surplus to requirements. Lots of options and works great with passive basses, I've found that the best sounds are in the overdrive end rather than 'great vengeance' but you may disagree, especially if you are the kind of person who harbours a grudge.

Someone has kindly pointed out that it it's an original DAM it's worth a lot more. I don't THINK it is, I paid around £85 I think, nice pedal in any event...

Anyway, £50 to your door if your door happens to be in the UK. Any Q's let me know....

  6. Great DB pre, works very well to tame the room and tidy up your signal. This one is used so priced accordingly, I've added some rubber feet as it's been used sitting on top of my amp. Price includes UK shipping.

Not too much more to say really but pm me if you have any questions of course...

  7. Has served me well and whilst pretty simply there is a decent range of envelope sounds to be had from this. Simply using other stuff these days so moving it on.

£50 squids including UK postage. Total barg for a decent filter pedal.

  8. He's not the only one. And I don't mean my 10 month old son.

The thing is, whilst this might not be for everyone it's a totally amazing instrument. What is it with basses whereby we all seem to flip them about so much? Would love to give this baby a happy home... glwts

By they way, how well does the midi pickup work in a practical/live situation?

  9. Truly great experience dealing with Tony, excellent communication throughout the deal, flexible on the details of the trade we did, bass arrived exceptionally well packed in great condition.

An excellent example of everything that is good about the forum. I would not hesitate to do business with Tony again.
