4.
Updated my listing, was tired when I initially put it up. Didn't think haha.
Is that why you missed me? !!! Please add me to the list. Thanks Paul
 5. I'd like to do this - but I'm a bit nervous about it. Not done anything like this before, like to spend my time hding behind the rest of the band. S'funny - when I started I didn't read and always busked, now after 5 years of having to read /sight read because of the standard of the band, improv etc seems hard! A lot of my playing is of the Eric Morecambe variety "All the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order". Hopefull I will learn some and not embarrass myself too much..... Anyway, sign me up. I'll bring the Yamaha SLB200 / Precision / Markbass 121P combo.
 6. Link doesn't work. Sorry, but you are in the wrong place - needs to go in the for sale section. Price would be good too!
 7. Bought his Yamaha SLB. Brill instrument and a nice guy. Even if he is so well hidden in the centre of Canterbury!!
 8. Let me know if you decide to sell - I am quite close to you.....
 9. Has anyone bought one of the Chinese EUB's on Ebay? Look very tempting at £300 odd. Answers please!!
 10. Back on sale again after the last person had to pull out for personal reasons.
 11.
Sounds far too complicated and expensive. Do the body skeleton bits on the eub fit into the gig bag too?
No, only the centre bit. I was going to modify the sides so they would, but never got round to it..... BTW, he is retired, so this is his post-retirement "consultancy" work. With his sweetheart from about 40 odd years ago. 'Hope he doesn't read this......
 12. What a great guy! Bought my P Bass and was so polite and helpfull!! Can't recommend highly enough.
 13.
I'm in Dorset, but am happy to wait till he is next visiting "work". If you are cool, I'm in no hurry, but am a firm buyer. I'll pm you tonight before we play. Cheers.
Spoke to him today and he isn't "working" for 6 weeks. Hmm the missus is getting suspicious... Anyway, happy to meet you some where. Regards Paul
 14.
Yup that looks like what I'm after. Burnham on sea is a little further west, but he may very well pass nearby on his way. I'm abroad on tour at the mo, but back next week. Are you prepared to wait that long for arrangements to be made? John
No problem, John. He is down there at the mo' - but if I remember rightly, not back there for a few weeks. ( "work" which means his other woman....) Ahem, otherwise we could meet somewhere I guess. Where are you?
 15. OK. Pics - assembled and folded. Oldslapper, I meant Burnham On Sea.....
 16.
Very interested in this, looking forward to seeing pics. Where in the uk are you?
Will get some pics this evening. I am in Kent - but seeing as you are SW I do have a mate who travels to Burham on an irregular basis if that helps.
 17. My Bassix EUB now for sale. It is the folding type. D'Addario Hybrid strings. Folds up small enough to get the body into a guitar gig bag (included). I will post some pics soon. £450
 18. As soon as my Precision sells, I may well have this. Unless..... you fancy a 70's Precision??
 19. Bump for all those bored with w*ddings and everyone else!
 20.
Is the point that well hidden? So, to be clear, you expect potential buyers to travel to you, and take the bass part themselves? Surely it's far simpler to simply undo a few screws, lift the pickguard clear, take a few photos and post them here than invite every prospective buyer to your house to do the same? I looked at the thread because I was thinking I might let my Yamaha SLB-100 EUB go quite soon, and I have something of a liking for Precisions! Gareth, like me, likes an old bass or two. So, there's two potential buyers you've put off Good luck with the sale C
OK. So you can view my cavity (hmmm, sounds like a euphemism) here is a pic for you. Oh, I may well be interested in a trade on your SLB100
 21.
My conclusion too. If its not for sale/trade maybe it would be better off in the porn section
And the point is? If you are an interested buyer come and look and have a look in the cavity if that's what you want/need to see,eh?
 22.
Your decision, but taking the guard off is easy
Bumpity bump for Sunday....... Still looking for an EUB in trade or sale....
 23.
Hey Heartbreaker - King Tut is not the seller, just someone providing useful info relevant to your query. I'm guessing he doesn't know the weight
Weight is just under 10lbs according to the bathroom scales! I don't have the original wiring or p ups. And no, I don't want to strip it to see the cavity!
 24.
Bargain
Too right! So someone must buy it or trade for EUB?
