recording

even playing with gain stages so they won't distort won't bring you the same quality as recording thru the line in. i think in this case buying a cheap usb audio interface is the best practice.

    recording

you should connect it to the LINE input not the MIC input. if you connect the MD out to the MIC input you will get distortion. use an audio software to record the minidisc and then save the recording as WAV, MP3 whatever.
  7. thanks guys. everything is alright. would be better if wouldn't have to go to work and play instead here is mybass (the one on the right):

  10.
Fantastic! Let's start the " 'Vintage Blue' speakers are demonstrably better" voodoo myth right here! Six months from now it will be a globally accepted fact.
+1 hi all new member here with ashdown cab. some info on the mythical 'vintage blue' speakers: it is well know that due to the quantum wave length of blue light and the color blue attack characteristics the blue line speakers are superior speakers. the pulses and phase cancellation are minimized due the combination of black dust cap which annihilates excess odd harmonics created by the blue quantum particles. combined with the missing light particles projection from the black dust cup and an ionized cloth surround a legend is created. and now seriously i own a mag 410 and for it's price it is a great cab(not for gigs though...HEAVY!!). the speakers sound very PA style.the tweeter doesn't kill your ears. not so strong on the bass side though...(that's why i run an old battered angry fender bassman 1X15 cabinet with it). the speakers are made by SICA (SICA SPEAKERS)speakers. they actually bought all the designs and rights for all jensen speaker models. so if you have Jensen it's SICA if you have ashdown you have SICA. at least they are made in italy and not in china.
