I am fortunate in that my biggest interest in life is also my work - plants - so the overlap of work into leisure is pretty seamless. So for work and pleasure I design gardens (I ran a small specialist nursery for a few years) but get the biggest thrill of keeping my own 'sub-tropical' garden looking just how I want it. What I have done here has been occasionally featured in newspapers, magazine articles, books and TV. Music is my other vice.
