I'm not sure it has already been mentioned but, have you seen the new Fender Bass Fuzz pedal? The Fender Sub-Lime... See here:

I have to say I like the sound and the option to set the crossover frequency wherever you want the fuzz to happen low-frequency, high-frequency, but the size of the pedal maybe a drawback, far too big I think.

Two things strike me about this.

Firstly, as awesome as this looks I think Fender are bordering on insane when, in the days of DIY pedal boarding they launch a fuzz this size. Regardless of whether it's the greatest pedal of all time they'vealready lost me, I can't justify a pedal that big without a lot of pissing about getting a new board that isn't as suitable for my needs as my current one.

Secondly, why do people who have put the effort in to film and upload a youtube vid insist on demoing the actual product for all of 2 minutes then talk for six hours about it? Just play, show me the different settings, don't describe them. I can't speak German, but I guarantee this guy is saying stuff he could just show you by actually playing the bassthrough the pedal.

Cheers for the post though Paubass.
