Dom in Dorset Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 It's about 50/50, he concentrates on aspects of design, pitfalls etc. appart from size and number of strings a bass isn't that different to a guitar, most of the build techniques are the same. I chose it because it had a foreword by Brain May! Also download the catalog from Luthiers Mercantile, it has a lot of good info in it.
