Old Horse Murphy Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 (edited) Definitely one of those "I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing..." threads, but since I got my Shuker 5 String P Bass back with the new pickups, I think I've got the P Bass angle covered. Anyway, I've got a Lakland Skyline Duck Dunn which is in fantastic condition complete with a black, a white and mint coloured pickguards and is currently strung with La Bella Deep Talkin Flats. It is one of the best basses I've ever heard and is a joy to play. The Jazz neck is really quick and very very easy to play. My band is playing a lot more 60's and 70's stuff recently (Cream, Free etc) so I am looking to get hold of a Gibson SG Reissue bass, so would be interested in a trade if possible. I can post some pics up tomorrow when I manage to get the camera back off the wife, but it's a Lakland Duck Dunn Skyline in Candy Apple Red!!
