It has been "refurbished" i.e. repainted and has a strip of black carpet stuck down the middle ready for Velcro'd Pedals. Power supply has 5 cables installed ready. These are simple plug in jobbies so polarity reversal is easy. Have never used it but checked all the supply cables and they are all feeding 9V. I paid £20 for it and that it what I am looking to recoup.
