itu Posted yesterday at 10:16 Posted yesterday at 10:16 I think there two Warwick broadnecks for sale here some time ago. But was the other a Streamer? Very interesting basses, as wide necks are pretty rare. I don't get along with 17 mm bridge spacing. Now I own an MG Genesis 5, and I've seen an MG Quantum 5W for sale here. 1 Quote
BassApprentice Posted yesterday at 11:06 Posted yesterday at 11:06 Can't help but that's a cracking looking bass! The 20mm spacing on a 5 would be a whole lot of room. 1 Quote

But I own 2 other broadnecks and for me it just fits and I like it. A Thumb NT5 BN like this one would be my absolute dream bass and I've been searching for it all over Europe for the last 4,5 years. It's just so rare since the demand for it is so low. Also, this bass must weigh a LOT. My guess is around 6kg (~13.2 pounds) although the original post says "4's to 5 kilos". I owned many non-Broadneck Thumb NT5s with a way smaller body (same wood etc) and they already weigh 4.7kg Edited 22 hours ago by plingubus 1 Quote

Terry M. Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I remember when this was on here because I have the bolt-on Broadneck version as well as a through neck Broadneck Streamer Stage One. Wouldn't be without either of them. I had to get to know the Thumb ergonomics but once it clicked... Quote
