Introductory Hello !

Hi all - I actually joined some time ago, however have not yet posted or said hello.

 

North West England based and been playing for a couple of years, having started at errr...60 !

 

Big music fan from the 70's onwards and regular gig goer in my younger days, but never picked up an instrument.

 

Fortunate now that one of my best mates leads a local band with occasional gigs as singer/guitarist and he was swapping bass duties with the other guitarist, hence my opportunity...just needed to learn a few songs !..

 

We do 70's rock & 80's post punk covers plus a some originals from said band lead.

 

So far, so good, up to about 40 songs now and of course too many basses already...

40 songs is a great achievement in just a couple of years!
