D'Addario chromes, flatwound ECB81-5 string set. Cut for 34"  four over one.

Been on 20 mins.

Another expensive exercise.

After paying £72 for LaBellas, I thought these are worth a go for £59

Not for me. Put them on, plugged it in, played the intro to Midnight at the Oasis, took them off.

2mm of silk removed from the B and E due to saddle position but sealed with a dab of super glue to stop any unwinding.

These are the best flats IMO. There borderline useless until the protective coat on them has worn away.

I’ve got a 3 over 2 Lakland 35” - would these go on do you think or are they going to be too short?

They'd be too short for an extra long scale. Sorry.
