Piezo electric tweets 1016's - Any interest in a larger order?

I'm about to order 4 piezeo speakers for an Omni 10.5 kindly donated by @neepheid (who apparently is searching for capacitors as I write this).

 

I believe the originals were Goldwood 1016's but these seem to be somewhat more difficult to find than an honest politician. Recommendation for a replacement looks like the GRS PZ1016

Both have high shipping costs relative to the costs of components, though Thomanns tweeter is nearly 3x the price of the GRS one.

 

Is anybody interested in a lareger order OR does anybody have 4 x Goldwood 1016;s OR Monacor MPT-06 OR GRS PZ1016 tweeters they want to sell and move on,.

Hi Rob, I have found an honest politician for you!  Let me tell you a story.

 

A few years ago I built a few wedgehorn 6s and like you I needed Goldwood 1016's for the build and like you I found that the UK price was unbelievable considering that the price in the US was only about a $1 each.  Fortunately my lady and I were holidaying in Vegas for a few days so to cut the story short, I ordered a load of Goldwood 1016's and had them delivered to our hotel and brought them back with me in my suitcase.

 

Finished the wedgehorns and they were and still are, great.  I bought more piezos than I needed just in case and the unused ones are just sitting on a shelf waiting for a use.  It would seem that you have a use for them.
