dudewheresmybass Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 i ordered this little beauty on tuesday out of sheer curiosity really. all in it cost around £35 delivered, and all i can say is that it sounds awesome! it does exactly what it says on the tin - bass boost. apparently it's a derivative of the LPB1 booster affecting only the low end. i tried it in a straight to DI situation this evening, and it turned a meh sounding peavey international into a 'thumping you in the chest monster' I shall be using it in my band's next show on sunday evening, and also through the 32k rig at my church gig on sunday morning. dudewheresmybass Posted May 25, 2009 Author Share Posted May 25, 2009 used it last night at our show. what a difference it makes to my razorback -WOW! i even had someone try to buy the bass off me. wasn't so great with my demonator, but with my machine / pyro bass, it sounded pretty sweet. all in all £35 well spent i feel!
