I got in contact with their Sales team - spoke to Jack who was really helpful and replaced the string "lickitty split". No quibbling - several days later the string arrived well BOXED - bit of overkill but it was safe!! Dead Gs and Ds are rare as hen's teeth, but when they do occur, we're happy to help get you up and running again ASAP.
