Hopefully the bass amp on its own sounds good, I briefly had the Katana 100 guitar combo and got fed up with the very digital sounding tone and adjustment overload ! 
People rave about them but I’m too old school to faff around making presets on a laptop etc

Yes that is a great pity, BUT I've got lots of amps but this is the one I gravitate to because it can do so many things quite well:

It's loud enough

I like the compressor and distortion options and the valve emulation.

I love the bluetooth so can stream band recordings from my phone and play along.

Now I've trained myself not to keep fiddling with the effects its great. Thomann  don't seem to be selling them any more so the price is climbing up.
