In excellent condition but without the flathead screw as need that for my replacement hipshot. Should be easy enough to find another. 

 

Don't know the size but fits my Sadowsky UV Metro Jazz. 

 

Trade for a nice condition guitar gigbag.

The screw is a #3x3/8" with a countersunk head. Freely available on ebay.
