In the never-ending quest to mess with things, I (obv not actually me) have taken a Seymour Duncan 5 string (https://www.seymourduncan.com/single-product/70s-music-man-alnico-5-5-string) out of my MM USA SUB . I have also taken the Nordstrand 2B-MM preamp out (https://www.bestbassgear.com/nordstrand-2b-mm-preamp.htm).

 

Don't be sorry for me. It is full of Bongo electrics now.

Thanks, yep it tastes of GB7 but I cannot get my head around the sizing on it.
