markfbass
Hey, everyone! I would love to read peoples thoughts on what effects Victor Bailey is using on the track ‘The Rope-A-Dope’ from the album ‘That’s Right!’. It’s on his solo around at 1:49. I’ve tried messing around with my MXR Bass Envelope Filter and my Boss Super Octave OC-3 but the track doesn’t seem to have as much low end as an octave pedal would give. Thoughts would be very much appreciated. Best, Mark

He did scat along with his solos a lot too. Edited April 8, 2023 by lee650
