ead Posted May 20, 2020 Share Posted May 20, 2020 Hi folks Having just acquired a new head in a trade I thought that I might put the GB up for sale as it is my current backup and my current main amp will do just fine as a backup from now on. I thought I should give it a good look over and test before doing so only to find that it makes a buzzing sound now and that the output volume doesn't have the impact it once did! Is this symptomatic of a valve needing replacement and if so is that expensive and any recommendations where to find them please. Is it worth repairing I suppose is another question which I guess depends upon the cost. The blue LEDs are no longer working but that is less of an issue overall.
