TheGreek Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 Great rig but the cabs aren't particularly desirable - the weight means that even the most die-hard of Trace fanciers would be reluctant to use these today despite their desirability in the day. Lightweight is the way forward, unfortunately. The head is worth having - paired with some lightweight cabs you'd have a very versatile rig. TE heads typically change hands for less than £200 - be in the right place at the right time you can "steal" one for less than £100. Shouldn't deter those with no back problems. Those 1153 cabs have power beyond their suggested handling rating I'm sure (I rarely paired my 2x10 with it).
