Getting site notes when not following

Hi moddies

Recently - in fact just today it started, i've been getting on site notifications of random new threads in Off Topic. I've had about 3 so far, so it cant be ALL new threads in OT ( i think )

I'm not suscribed to follow new threads in OT, so not sure why i'm getting informed of them .. any ideas ?

Just checked, you were following the forum. Now unfollowed.

Thanks Chris. I  checked " my followed content "  in my account and it wasn't showing up as being ticked. Still, job done !
