These have been on my spare Jazz bass for six weeks. In which time they have done one rehearsal, one gig, and a few hours home practice. Still in good condition. Have just decided I prefer roundwounds.

Fender 9050 Stainless Steel Flatwound 4 string set. 105-55 Long Scale. Have been cut for Fender 4 a side.

Anyone with a mustang bass might want to check these out. This is the same set which comes fitted as standard on the JMJ mustang bass despite it being a short scale instrument. I have a set on my CIJ mustang & I like them. I think they are very similar to D'Addario chromes, giving a bit more tension than the TI-JF324 I previously used.
