ianrendall Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 Hi all I have recently taken delivery of a nice 2005 US Fender J, standard I believe, with S1 switch, black on black maple neck. The scratchplate screws currently fitted are black and showing signs of corrosion and I'd like to replace them. Fender introduced a heavier mass BBOT bridge before moving to the current high mass design that had black springs, black intonation and grub screws. Scratchplate screws were chrome though AFAIK.
