Selling due to clear out. I love this bass and it plays really well and is in overall great condition. Maple neck and sunburst finish. It has a tort plate and also comes with a white one and an off white one. Hardly any marks to mention,tried to capture any but apart from a slight scratch on the back and a scuff on the head not much else wrong. Based in leicester but could meet up somewhere mutual.

Thought it may be a tad too heavy for you Tom. Must admit I'm getting there! Hollow bodies and hofner violin basses are my bag these days😕😉

Oh no!
I was taliking to Stephen Chown the other day and suggested he'd have a ready market for J & P basses that were sub 8lbs, I'd buy one of each like a shot. Gaping hole in the market imo, I'm not alone needing lightness.

I have a Chowny mk1 and it's a great bass, nice n light but the strap peg is on the back which I find uncomfortable as well as the bass falling forward.

I like the look of them.how.much are they if you don't mind me asking? Only seen one on ebay before.
