Mudpup Posted March 18, 2016 Share Posted March 18, 2016 Had a play on one of these QT600 heads today in the local shop. They have a second hand one in there but its a bit rich... Thinking about picking up a backup for my Gallien head and it sounded quite nice at shop volume. There's not much info about on these and i wondered if anyone has any gigging experience with them? Looking for a slammy punchy rock sound with some guts - something you can feel as much as hear - and its hard to tell at lower volumes whether it will work for me. It is monsterous, it is by far and away the most rugged cab I have ever seen, but it weighs a ton. I looked for the H&K Quantum range online and found very little like you say, but what I did find was very positive, it was very high end equipment when released i believe.
