RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 Back in the early days of gigging ('80s) I had a peavey head amp. Got it for about £5o iirc. Great , big and heavy . A few years down the line , a friend of mine sold his peavy widow( or was it scorpion?) combo to me . All that had was an annoying hum as soon as I switched it on .
