SOLD 2 x Gallien Krueger NEO 112 bass cabs
£420

Recommended Posts

My next item(s) up for sale in my big gear shake up - the bottom part of my current rig. Each cab runs at 8 ohm so when used together make quite a formidable stack. I have gigged these regularly with no PA support and never had any power / volume issues. Can be stacked vertically or horizontally, very lightweight and easy to transport. Superb condition, just some very, very light scuffs to the interlocking feet.

These cabs have the option of being run full range or, if you have a corresponding GK had, you can use the bi-amp function.

PLEASE NOTE: One of the cabs has a crackly sounding horn. I'm not sure if this is the horn itself or a wiring issue. This never bothered me as I always leave the horns turned right down, but I have heard these speakers used by a friend who used the top horn only and it was more than sufficient. This issue was present from purchase. Due to this I'm selling for the low price of £420 the pair (they are around £350 each new and usually on back order). I would prefer not to split the two cabs and am not looking for trades at the moment.

Collection preferred from Dartford. Trials welcome. Also willing to meet/deliver if not too far.

Am I right in thinking you need an amp with 2 separate speaker outs? There seems to be no way of linking the cabs to each other.

Edit- This seems to answer my question.

Conclusion- practice what you preach and Google it first :-)
