Forget all the cheap ear plugs , Spec savers can make you custom ones for about £160 You have a choice of filters & they keep everything balanced & you can have them converted to in ear monitors .My ENT specialist told me to never stick anything smaller than you elbow in your ear & only use olive oil .

Won't Popeye be a bit annoyed?

Had full on tinnitus for about 6 or so years now, so I'm trying my best to retain what I have left. Used Elacin ER-20's for years, trying some 3M ones out at the next rehearsal.

Used to use foam one's when I went out on the bike, replaced them with some Industrial 3M one's that seem far better. It's a scary feeling when you start to think that your bike's exhaust is too loud! :D
