One connect an mp3 player to a hi fi looks like the pic below but the one i have is very good quality (cost me £25) The other is an S-video to scart, for connecting you pc to your TV again this is of good quality and looks like the pic below Don't need to give me any postage just donate a couple of quid to the site.
