SgtD Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Hi All! Signed up with Basschat a few weeks ago and thought I'd better introduce myself. My name is Chris and I'm from North Yorkshire. Bought my first bass back in 1984 but never took to playing it seriously. In 1991 I purchased An Ibanez Sr800 which i still play today but has recently started with electrical issues. Have been using Peavey amps for past 20 years but as well they have had their day so I had no choice but to buy new! Current setup is, Fender precision deluxe 60th anniversary,Black,maple. Genz Benz Shuttle max 9.2 head. x2 Genz Benz focus 4x10 cabs. Various effects and processors. Playing in covers bands has been a big part of my semi-pro career and have done numerous studio recordings with original acts. Have items to repair,items to sell,items I want to buy and generally all Things bass id like to chat about so I'll hopefully see you all over in the corresponding forums. Later! Chris.
