When he's not looking, hide your leads in his bag - then accuse him of stealing them. When he vehemently protests his innocence, look aghast, point out of the window and shout, 'OH MY GOD, WHAT'S THAT!??' and when he turns to look, sprinkle him with agricultural chemicals. As he screams and flails about in confusion, choose your moment and hit him on the head really hard with a heavy book. That should clear the air.
