I've had it from brand new from summer last year. These basses are made in Mexico, and this one is a great example: no blemishes in the finish and I've not gigged with it so it's in mint condition. The rosewood fingerboard is really nice too - quite highly figured for a Fender. The Blacktops are passive and have dual humbuckers which are really powerful and punchy. In fact this is the most powerful passive bass I've ever played. Controls are vol / vol / tone. The RRP is close to £700 and the lowest internet price i can find on these is about £550 so I thought I'd let this one go for [s]£395[/s] [s]£350[/s] [b]£320.[/b] I'm not looking for a trade as I'm selling to fund a new acquisition. I'd prefer the buyer to collect (I'm in Manchester) but I'm happy to organise a courier at the buyer's expense.
